One day my friend Tony and I decided to join the O
gauge train club. Other than an old Marx set I never ran O gauge, I was an HO'er! The guy's at the club were so nice, I joined
without any train to run. Every Monday I would go to watch everyone run trains and to chat with the other members.

Then I saw a Williams O gauge train on EBay I liked and bought it to run. I saw
a Lionel engine that I thought Carol might like, a Hudson, and I bought that one too.

What a can of worms I opened up. Pretty soon my HO layout was coming down and
Carol's O gauge layout was going up. This is the story of that layout.
