During the last week in September, "Friends of the High Line" had
a lottery of 700 tickets, each one a chance of a lifetime. A chance to be one of the chosen few to tour The High Line. Over
5,000 people entered, we lost. But thanks to Danya Sherman, our friend, and all of our friends at "Friends of The
High Line", we were invited to photograph (and boy did we.... almost 900!) the Saturday at 1pm tour, as an update to
last years web site addition.
Carol and I want to extend our most sincere thanks to Danya
and all the hard working volunteers at Friends of The High Line for not only giving us the opportunity to film, but for their
dedicated work to save this part of "Old" New York, and Railroad history! Thank You All!
If you were to see the tour live, you'd wonder..... "how do they get so much info in such a small amount of space?
Danya, Any time you are having something High Line related that can be filmed, Carol and I will
do the best we can to document it.
Friends of The High Line are like family to us. We Love You!
There is no other group that makes us feel as they are family like Friends of the High Line!
God Bless America!
